We have four locations in Hyderabad: Lakdikapul (our flagship), Banjara Hills at the Mercure Hotel, MLA Colony, and Somajiguda. All locations offer the full Somara treatment menu with the same standard of care.
We are open Monday to Friday 10am–9pm, Saturday 9am–9pm, and Sunday 10am–8pm. Public holidays follow Sunday hours. Last appointments are taken 60 minutes before closing.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and evening slots which fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Online booking takes under 2 minutes with instant confirmation.
Yes — all four locations have parking options. Lakdikapul has free street parking, Banjara Hills has hotel valet parking, MLA Colony has on-site parking, and Somajiguda has basement parking.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full treatment price.
Yes — rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule via the confirmation link in your booking email, by calling us, or via WhatsApp.
Yes, we welcome walk-ins subject to therapist availability. For guaranteed availability, we strongly recommend booking in advance — particularly for evenings and weekends.
Yes — we offer couple bookings and group bookings. For groups of 5 or more, please contact us directly so we can coordinate therapists and rooms across all your preferred times.

We offer massages (Aromatherapy, Balinese, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Indian Head, Back/Neck/Shoulder), facials (Rejuvenating, Collagen Boost, Deep Hydration, Vitamin C Glow), body rituals (Scrub, Detox Wrap, Scrub & Massage), and holistic therapies (Reflexology, Thai Massage, Shirodhara).
Our most popular first-visit treatment is the Aromatherapy Massage (60 min, ₹1,499 on first visit). It's suitable for all body types, deeply relaxing, and showcases exactly what Somara is about. If you prefer something more focused on the skin, our Rejuvenating Facial is equally loved.
Treatment durations range from 30 minutes (Express Back & Neck) to 90 minutes (Scrub & Massage Ritual, Shirodhara). Most popular treatments are 60 minutes. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your consultation.

Yes — we use only high-quality essential oils, natural scrubs, and therapeutic-grade products from responsible suppliers. If you have allergies or skin sensitivities, please let us know at the time of booking and during your pre-treatment consultation.

For body massages, you'll be provided with disposable underwear and fresh towels. For facials, we'll take care of everything — just arrive with a clean face if possible. Leave jewellery at home and avoid applying heavy lotions or perfumes before your visit.
You're welcome to relax in our lounge area with complimentary herbal tea before heading out. Your therapist will share personalised aftercare advice based on your treatment. We recommend drinking plenty of water for the next few hours.
