Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our therapists, who reserve their time specifically for your appointment.

- ⚬Less than 24 hours before:50% cancellation fee charged to the payment method on file.
- ⚬No-show (no notice given):100% of treatment price charged.

Privilege Membership Refunds
Privilege memberships are non-refundable once purchased. If you have purchased a membership and have not yet used any benefits, please contact us at hello@somarawellness.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss your options. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage.
Memberships may be upgraded at any time by paying the difference between tiers. Downgrading is not permitted within the current membership year.
Gift Voucher Refunds
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued. They cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given if a voucher exceeds the value of the treatment booked — the remaining balance will be stored on the voucher for future use.
Vouchers that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher as you would cash.
Treatment Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know before you leave the spa. We take guest feedback seriously and will make every effort to address your concerns. Refunds for completed treatments are issued at the sole discretion of Somara management and only in cases where the standard of care has been demonstrably below our stated standard.
