  • ⚬Privilege Programme data:Membership details, visit history, and tier status.
  • ⚬Communication data:Messages sent to us via WhatsApp, email, or web forms.
  • ⚬Website usage data:Anonymised analytics via Google Analytics (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited).

  • ⚬Razorpay:Our payment processor. Card data is handled directly by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliant systems.
  • ⚬Google Analytics:Anonymised website usage data for improving our online presence.
  • ⚬Legal authorities:Where required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. Booking records are retained for 3 years. Privilege membership records are retained for the duration of membership plus 1 year. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.
