Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Somara (by email, SMS, or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full treatment price. We reserve the right to apply these charges to any payment method on file.

3. First Visit Discount

The 50% first-visit discount is valid for first-time Somara guests only. It applies to one treatment per guest on their first visit. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. We reserve the right to verify guest eligibility and withdraw the discount if misuse is identified.

4. Privilege Programme

Privilege membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Benefits are as described on the Privilege page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Misuse of membership benefits may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers can be used towards any Somara treatment at any location. Partial redemptions are permitted — the remaining balance stays on the voucher.

6. Health & Safety

Guests are required to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications at the time of booking and during the pre-treatment consultation. Somara reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it may not be safe for a guest. Certain treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy — please inform us when booking.

7. Liability

Somara Wellness takes all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from failure to disclose relevant health information, or from misuse of our facilities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the treatment booked.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Telangana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
